Mr. Akshay Baburao Yadav, Teaching Associate, National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He completed my Bachelor's & Master's in Law with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Karnataka State Law University. He was appointed as Research Associate, at Chair on Consumer Law and Practice and within no time promoted to Teaching Associate at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NIRF 1st Ranked University). He is a  Deputy Editor of the International Journal on Consumer Law and Practice (SCOPUS Indexed & UGC Care Listed Journal)  since 2020 & March on Consumer Law and Practice (a Bi-annual Magazine) since 2018. He qualified as a Certified Mediator by completing 40 hours of the Mediation Training Programme at the National Law School of India University. He has presented various research papers at National and International Conferences and seminars and has published various works specifically on Consumer Law, Tobacco Control Laws; Mediation, and Mental Health Laws. He also has some International representations to his credit. He is a Next Generation Leaders of Consumer International, London since 2020.  Recently participated in International Product Safety Week, organized by the European Commission in association with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development held from 14th November 2022 to 17th November 2022 in Brussels Belgium, and shared my view as a panelist during the panel discussion of the EC-UNCTAD workshop- Next generation of product safety ambassadors held on 17th November 2022.

Dr. Supriya M. She completed here Ph.D. titled, “A Critical Evaluation of Adversarial Dispute Settlement Mechanism Under the Industrial Disputes Act,1947-A Case Study” from Karnataka University, Dharwad. She served as Assistant Professor at KLE Society’s Law College, Chikodi, KLE Society’s G.K. Law College,  Hubballi and presently she is serving as Assistant Professor at KLE Society’s B.V. Bellad Law College, Belagavi. She teaches Law of Torts, Labour Law-I, Labour Law II, Environmental Law, Legal Methods, Public International Law, ADRs etc. She also heads various departments to name few, Orientation Committee, Parents Meeting Committee, Guest Lecture Department, Library Advisory Committee etc. She has attended various International, National and State Level Seminars, Webinars and Workshops. Ms. Samrudhee Shah is currently working as Assistant Professor at Dr. D.Y. Patil Law College, Pimpri, Pune, from April 2023. She has wide range of experience and has served as Senior Lecturer at Jugal Joshi’s Commerce Academy from July2019 to April 2023; Lecturer at Bulls Eye Educational Institute from July 2020 to April 2022; and Assistant to Company Secretary at Thakkers Developers Limited, Nashik from September 2018 to December 2018. She has published various papers and also presented in various National and International Conferences.


Ms. Ugochi Obidiegwu

Ugochi Obidiegwu is a Social Development Strategist with a specialty in speaking and developing products, programmes and policy advisory on pressing development issues affecting young Africans. Her major work pillars are around ensuring child safety, reducing substance abuse in youths and providing strategy for social impact initiatives. She is the author of a child safety story book series available in English and French, co-creator of an online safety game for children and curator of safety education apps.

Over 10,000 children in 8 countries have benefitted directly from her Train Them Young Initiative (#2TYI) and books. Her work in child safety has been recommended as good practice for member countries of the European Network for Education and Training in Occupational Safety and Health (ENETOSH). Her work in safety education during the pandemic was featured by the UN OHCHR. Through speaking, she has shared her expertise with safety professionals at key industry events like the 2019 World Safety Organisation Symposium in Las Vegas, 2021 World Congress Canada, 2021 West Africa IOSH conference,  2022 OIC-OSHNET training workshop organised by the Directorate General of Occupational Safety and Health, Turkiye, and 2022 International Product Safety Week hosted by UNCTAD and the European Commission  in Brussels. She convenes the annual School Safety Summit where teachers get trained and relevant stakeholders proffer solutions to safety challenges affecting school children. Ugochi Obidiegwu is committed to training, speaking and introducing innovative programmes and products that enhance social development in young Africans.

She has also actively participated in numerous Workshops and Orientation courses.

She has published various research papers in International Journals and Books, and one of her research papers received recognition from the World Book of Records in London, while another received recognition from the Asia & India Book of Records and one among the Articles is published in SCOPUS indexed Journal. Beyond her professional pursuits, she dedicated as contributor to various pro bono initiatives, volunteering her legal expertise to assist those in need.


Ms. Tarishi Agrawal

Ms. Tarishi Agrawal completed her LL.M. in the year 2022 from Maharashtra National Law University securing third rank in her college and started her legal career as a Researcher in India's premier law college, National Law School of India University, Bangalore. In her current role as a Research Assistant, she has aced her research skills. She has worked extensively on gathering and organizing relevant data from databases and portals from across India. In fact, she was able to create research inputs which formed the backbone of the submission of organization's work to various State Governments for their reference. Having completed one of her projects successfully, she is now assisting in the research of tobacco control laws.

Moreover, she has multiple publications and presented her research papers at International and National platforms. She has also attended various seminars and workshops which have broadened her knowledge and opinion over socio-legal issues. Being an inquisitive learner, she has pursued courses in Arbitration, Company law and Intellectual Property Rights from renowned institutes, to expand the horizons of her knowledge.

She has gained a wide range of experience from her internships with various law offices, NGOs and Advocate offices like Prima Carta Law Offices, CRY (Child Rights and You), Advocate Sonia Mathur, Advocate Prabhat Goel, Devraj and Associates, amongst others.

Ms. Aprajita Mishra, is currently pursuing her LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. Ms Yosha M is currently a third-year BBA LL.B student at IFIM Law School, Bangalore. She is serving as the Secretary of the Moot Court Committee as well as a Research Assistant to the Centre of Excellence for Women, Child and the Law. She has also been a Chartered Member of the Debate Society of IFIM Law School. As the secretary of the MCC, she has played a key role in organising National Moot Court Competitions in the past two years. As an avid debater, she finds herself indulged in the art of Mooting.  In addition to her academic achievements, she has actively sought opportunities to apply her legal writing skills in practical settings. Due to her experience in mooting and internships under advocates and judges, she has learned the skill of drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and preparing court documents. This experience allowed her to further develop her understanding of legal principles while sharpening her ability to communicate legal arguments persuasively. Whether it is analysing case laws, legal writing, or preparing case briefs, she always approaches each task with precision and a commitment to producing high-quality work. She is well-versed in the intricacies of research and has the ability to navigate and utilize various legal databases and resources effectively. Mr. Ajay Prakash Mahadik is currently a third-year BBA LLB student at IFIM Law School, Bangalore. He is currently Convenor of the Placement Committee of IFIM Law School and member Legal Aid Services Committee while balancing role as a Chartered Member of the Debate Society and Sports Committee.

As the Convenor of the Placement Committee IFIM Law School, he plays a crucial role in liaising with potential employers and ensuring successful placements for his fellow students.
His commitment to promoting legal education and fostering a competitive environment is evidenced by his active role as an organizing committee for the National Level Moot Court and ADR Competitions. He has always actively participated in co-curricular activities where he showcased his analytical and problem-solving skills.

In addition to his responsibilities, he is actively in quest for grabbing the best opportunities that could be grabbed. This hunch has made him grab some of the notable internships under esteemed judges, advocates and research centers. These experiences have allowed him to polish and sharpen his skill set.

In the realm of extracurricular activities, He represented IFIM Law School in the KSLU Inter-Collegiate Badminton Tournament and showcased his basketball skills at various KSLU Inter-Collegiate Basketball Tournaments.  His dedication to sports is not only limited to participation but also extends to supporting and organizing events.

Ms. Adishree Sakahre

Ms. Adishree Sakahare is currently pursuing second year of BBA LLB at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. She have continuously strived to merge academic excellence with practical application with wide  internships experiences at Aurangabad High Court under Adv. Pradnya Talekar and Pune District Court under Adv. Pushkar Durge.
