Ms Yosha M is currently a third-year BBA LL.B student at IFIM Law School, Bangalore. She is serving as the Secretary of the Moot Court Committee as well as a Research Assistant to the Centre of Excellence for Women, Child and the Law. She has also been a Chartered Member of the Debate Society of IFIM Law School. As the secretary of the MCC, she has played a key role in organising National Moot Court Competitions in the past two years. As an avid debater, she finds herself indulged in the art of Mooting.  In addition to her academic achievements, she has actively sought opportunities to apply her legal writing skills in practical settings. Due to her experience in mooting and internships under advocates and judges, she has learned the skill of drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and preparing court documents. This experience allowed her to further develop her understanding of legal principles while sharpening her ability to communicate legal arguments persuasively. Whether it is analysing case laws, legal writing, or preparing case briefs, she always approaches each task with precision and a commitment to producing high-quality work. She is well-versed in the intricacies of research and has the ability to navigate and utilize various legal databases and resources effectively. She finds her interests in various fields of law including  Competition Law, Constitutional Law, IPR, and ADR and is always open to opportunities that will help her explore those. She is a team player who values open communication and enjoys working alongside experienced professionals to achieve common goals.
