Advocate I. M. Patel has graduated in BSC from the Karnataka University, Dharwad and completed his LL.B (Spl) from KLS Society's R.L. Law Collage, Belagavi. He procured his license for practicing (SANNAD) in the year 1984. He has an extensive experience of more than 39 years in  pleading Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Co-operative, Consumer Courts and before various tribunals. He has a wide range of experience in pre-litigation preparation of drafts, drafting a memorandum of claims, written pleadings, arguing before courts and negotiation settlement disputes. He has expertise knowledge in Family Law including the Mohmaden Law.  He is Ex- Arbitrator of Co-operative Society. He is the founder member of The Karoshi Consumer Co-operative Society’ Karoshi in 1986 and also founder member of Kisan Multi-purpose Co operative Society Ltd., Karoshi and actively participated in getting sanctioned of Government Urdu High School at Karoshi in 1996. He is specially involved in pro-bono activities and renowned social activist.
