Advocate B. R. Yadav has completed B. Com from K.L.E.Society's B.K.College Chikodi and completed LL.B (Spl.) from the R.L. Law, College, Belagavi securing Gold Medal. He procured his license for practicing (SANAD) in the year 1988. He has an extensive experience of more than 35 years of practice in pleading before all forms of Civil, Criminal, Revenue Courts including Tribunal and Other Authorities. During litigation, he has dealt with various kinds of Civil and Criminal matters including Revenue, Land Reforms, Motor Accident Claims, Commercial, Employment, Administrative, Real Estate, Consumer, Co-operative, Banking etc . He has a wide range of experience in prelitigation preparation of drafts, drafting a memorandum of claims, written pleadings, arguing before courts, and negotiating settlement of disputes. He was the Ex-President of Advocates Bar Association, Chikodi during the year of 2002-2003. Presently he holds the position of Mentor for Taluka Legal Services Authority, Chikodi since 2020.
