Essay Writing Competition on “Consumer Protection and Rights in the Modern Era: Challenges and Opportunities”

On the occasion of National Consumer Day, Ramkrishna Law Firm and Research Centre, Chikodi, in collaboration with K.L.E Society’s Law College, Chikodi, successfully organized an Essay Writing Competition focused on the theme:
"Consumer Protection and Rights in the Modern Era: Challenges and Opportunities."

The primary objective of this competition was to foster legal awareness and critical thinking among students on the evolving landscape of consumer rights and protection in today’s digital and globalized economy. The theme encouraged participants to explore regulatory challenges, enforcement issues, digital consumer vulnerabilities, and emerging opportunities for strengthening the consumer protection framework.

We were pleased to receive over 20 insightful entries in both English and Kannada, showcasing a wide range of perspectives and legal interpretations. The essays reflected commendable analytical depth, creativity, and understanding of contemporary consumer law issues.

The event was graced by the presence of  Dr. D.B. Solapure, Principal, K.L.E.
